  • I thought that since I purchased through HSN, this would be a good deal. But what I found was it has been very difficult to even talk to someone. Everything is automated or has to be done on-line. No person to help. I received the phone without any instructions so I do not even know how to put in the battery to start charging the phone. BIG waste of my time and money!

    • I had the same trouble, over 6 hours on the phone with Boost, Verizon, and HSN. NO ONE speaks English as a first language either, and I had to have EVERY sentence repeated at least 3 times, they are all Indian or Puerto Rican or Phillipino, so the language barrier is extremely difficult. Not easy at all, and I was told the first month of service for $35 that I paid for with the package DID NOT COUNT AS THE FIRST MONTH. I had to charge $35 on my credit card to get the phone activated!!!!!!!! this is BS!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was also told by Boost at the beginning that the phone was def defective and I needed to return for another one

  • I received my J7 and immediately went to boost store to have them transfer my information. No problem I was there 30 minutes. (I had to wait my turn for service)I got on line and collected my free minutes and I was good to go. I love this phone, I upgraded from galaxy S3. I am 63 and do use my phone for emails, lots of family texting, bill paying, the list goes on. Glad I got from HSN, best price going.

  • 1) Can you download app pack from computer or does it have to be downloaded directly from new J7 cell?

    2) Can you select one or more apps to be downloaded or is it an all or none download?

    3) Is there a time limit required to complete downloading on

  • Phone came with the necessary instructions, all i had do was use it! I got all that was promised by hsn.i love this phone.
