The Dignity Health Online Payment Portal is a convenient way for patients to pay their hospital bills. The site is available to users 24 hours a day 7 days a week to login and submit an online payment. Before submitting a payment online it is advisable to review your hospital bill to make sure you understand all the charges and the amount you owe. Patients who are satisfied with their balance can visit the DHOP web portal at (https://dignityhealth.patientpay.today/) to submit their online payment. You will need to enter your account number, last name, date of birth, and phone number to begin the payment process. Once you’ve logged on the system it will display your account balance with payment options. Patients can pay by credit card or by bank draft.
For patients who are unable to make their full payment they will need to speak with customer service to make payment arrangements. The number for customer service is recorded on your billing statement. If you need assistance paying your bill there are government sponsored programs that are available if you qualify. Dignity Health also has an assistance program called Dignity Health Payment Assistance Program that may help with your balance.
If you receive multiple bills for your services including from your physician, Radiologists, or other specialists then be aware that those bills are separate from your Dignity Health bill and will need to be paid according to their bills instructions.
