JP Morgan Chase Online Employee 401k Savings Plan

JPMorgan Chase Benefit Programs are accessible by current and former employees at the website.  The site caters to any employee who is enrolled in the company sponsored 401k plan providing easy access to their account information.  Through their online account there are some controls that employees will have.  Some of the features that employee’s have complete control over are reviewing their balances, changing their contributions rate, managing their investment portfolio, initiating loans and withdrawals, etc.

In order to access their account employees will need to know their login information which consists of a Standard ID and password.  This information should be provided to you by your HR Department or you may need to contact your 401k provider.  If it has been a while since you’ve logged into your account and you’ve forgotten your login credentials then you will need to utilize the Help link for assistance.

Ideally using the web portal is the best way for employees to monitor their 401k plan account.  Another option that can be used is by calling the JP Morgan 401k Savings Plan Call Center at 1-866-576-2401.  Employees can call that number Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am to 8pm Eastern standard time to ask questions and receive a breakdown of their individual account.

  • I would like to be able to view my account on-line. I do not have a username or a password. Please help if you can.

  • When I was laid off by Chase aproximately in 2005 I had the funds in my 401K rolled into a CD at time with State Farm. I am currently trying to have the CD rolled into my new 401K plan but to do that I am needing: Proof of funds being from Chase 401K and proof of amount that was taxable and untaxable portions. I do not know my User ID or password with Chase any more and do not know how to obtain it or more importantly the information I am needing to roll my funds. It is VERY IMPORTANT that I get this done ASAP since the maturity date of the CD is next month.
Please advise on how I can get this accomplished?
