If you’re interested in giving any type of feedback concerning your visit please take a few minutes and take the Olive Garden To Go Guest Satisfaction Survey. It’s an online survey that asks specific questions about how well you enjoyed or maybe disliked your time spent inside an Olive Garden Restaurant. As a reward for participating in the survey you will be entered into a sweepstakes contest with a chance to win a $1,000 grand prize or a $50 prize. To get started with the survey first locate the receipt from your last Olive Garden visit. On the receipt is an ID number that you’ll need to enter into the three empty fields on the home page of www.ogtogosurvey.com. After you enter the ID number continue throughout the survey answering all the questions that are displayed. The questions should be answered with honesty and all feedback whether positive or negative is welcomed.
Most of the questions asked during the survey center around your customer experience during your last visit. You will be asked to rate the food, cleanliness of the restaurant, servers, price of food, etc. Comment boxes are available for you to leave a more detailed comment pertaining to a question that you’d like to expound upon.
When finished with the survey you will be automatically entered into the Darden Restaurants Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes which runs from April 27, 2015 until May 31, 2015. Participants can also enter the sweepstakes via mail by hand printing their name, address, telephone number, and date of birth on a postcard and mailing to: Darden Restaurants Guest Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3536, Southbury, CT 06488-3536.
