Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store Customer Survey

Would you like to receive a $10 discount on your next purchase at your local Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store just by taking their online customer survey?  The PRL Factory Survey is quick and doesn’t take a lot of your time.  Before you decide to continue locate the receipt from your last visit.  On the receipt you will notice at the top the store number, date of purchase, register number, and transaction number.  You will need this information when you take the survey.

The survey site is located at prlfactorysurvey.com and from there you can get started by answering the questions on the homepage and continue answering each question that appears until the survey is completed.  The basis of the questions asked are customer service related and trying to understand how they can improve the customer experience at their stores.  Customers can use this survey site as a way to provide feedback whether positive or negative pertaining to their recent shopping experiences.

  • Although staff very helpful and items exactly what I wanted I should have checked my receipt. Of the three items I bought only one was put through the till at the price on the ticket, namely the cheapest. The item marked at 17.99 went through at 19.99 and the one marked 49.99 at 89.99 (its original price). I know I should have checked my receipt at the time and kept a tab on what I was spending but I did not think I needed to. Being on holiday without a car and having paid cash means it is not worth getting a taxi to Tangers to sort this out and could not get through by telephone so am out of pocket to the tune of 42.00 dollars and it has taken the shine out of what was a lovely day. Be warned ….

  • WONDERFUL experience on a last min. decision to stop on way home to Baton Rouge. Store was VERY busy as it was a coupon event. Approached an associate (who was surrounded by shoppers with questions) and took my place in “line” to await his help. He greeted me and asked how he could help while simultaneously dealing with several other customers. He was efficient, polite, able to direct customers to what they needed while checking stockroom via headset and availability with handheld equipment. He was AMAZING! His name is Robert and it was his FIRST DAY!

  • Just visited Ralph Lauren big and tall store at 4840 Tanger Outlet blvd north Charleston sc. The stories great. They had sizes that I could not find at the other Ralph Lauren Stores. he staff were very helpful and the selection impressive.

  • The customers had be careful when you have purchase at the polo store in gilroy,california.the customer service will double charge you.this is their fault but the manager,Allyn Pierce,or the customer services on the phone did not take care of the problem.they have the worst service that i had been treated by them.Watch out when you pay.

  • We recently shopped in the Store in Conway, New Hampshire. The experience could not have been more positive. The manager, Dan was especially helpful as were all of his very pleasant and thoughtful sales staff. The clothes are beautiful and finding a hard to fit size added to the successful shopping. They even gave a wonderful restaurant recommendation which added to our vacation enjoyment. KUDOs to Polo for their clothes & even more for their amazing Dan and staff in Conway, New Hampshire. If more people could feel what we did in your Conway store, no one would shop online anymore.
