Take advantage of this opportunity to see if you’re approved for a Discover IT credit card. Discover is sending out pre-approved mailers to potential customers who they feel qualify for one of their credit cards. As a result of your current credit score you’ve been selected for their pre-approval process to determine if you will be extended a credit card from Discover with a valued credit limit.
If you received a pre-approval mailer from Discover then read the instructions within the letter to take the next step in the approval process. Customers can also visit their online application page that will ask for your invitation code which is located on your mailer. The code is 23 digits long and has to be entered on the Discover Card Application page. After you’ve completed the application process then you’ll have a short wait to see if you’ve been approved for a Discover IT card.
Customers who do not receive a notification of their approval will need to revisit the site after a day or so to check their status. There is a link at the bottom of the application homepage “check your status” which you can click that is helpful to see where you stand in the approval process. You will only need to enter your social security number and zip code to receive a response.
