Patients who are satisfied with their balance can visit the DHOP web portal to submit their online payment. You will need to enter your account number, last name, date of birth, and phone number to begin the payment process. Once you’ve logged on the system it will display your account balance with payment options. Patients can pay by credit card or by bank draft.
If paying by credit card you will need to enter the appropriate credit card number of the credit card you intend to use in the online payment portal. Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Any payments submitted via bank draft will need to enter your bank routing number and your bank checking account. Once this information is entered you can submit payment and your payment will be immediately drafted from your account.
