Members of the Tennessee Education Networks of America K12 Cooperative who have been provided email can access their email at the ENA Mail Login portal. In order to login you should already have an assigned email address provided to you previously. If you have been assigned an email address enter into the appropriate field along with your password so you can gain access to the system.
The Tennessee ENA Webmail portal can be accessed from any web or mobile device. As long as the device you are using has internet capabilities and you have your login credentials you can login to your email anytime. Depending on the device and your internet speed you may experience limited functionality but you will still be able to review, send, and receive messages.
Before beginning to use your email it is advisable that all account holders read the AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) to be sure you stay in compliance. There is a link to the AUP in full disclosure at the bottom of the webmail portal page. One of the major concerns that every member should be aware of is SPAM. Please report any SPAM or other solicitations that are randomly being sent from anonymous sources.
There is a list of violations that each member needs to review to ensure they stay in compliance. Some of the violations include offers to buy or sell products, promoting pyramid schemes, transmitting viruses, reselling ENA services, personal harassment, trying to collect personal data or information, etc.
