If you’re not comfortable submitting an online payment refer to the mailing address highlighted on your bill and submit your payment via mail.  Just send in a check for the amount owed and mail your payment off.  It can take up to 5 to 7 business days before your payment is processed so you will need to check your account to be sure the payment posts.
