  • I have tried to sign up for paperless billing 2 times now. I am not very computer savy, but I find the process much too difficult .if you want customers to sign up make it easier. Why do you need a password that I have never used and have no idea if I even have one .it would seem that my email,phone number,account number,and home address should be enough to set me up with paperless billing .thank you richard l [email protected]
