Did you recently receive a toll bill in the mail from the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority? If you are unsure why you received the bill please refer to the Help section of the Toll Bill Payment Center for additional information. To submit a payment on your toll bill customers have four options to consider: pay by mail, by phone, in person, or through the online payment center.
The most convenient option for payment is to pay your toll bill online. There are no lines to have to wait in and your payment is processed immediately taking about 1 or 2 days to process. Customers will need their Reference Number (located on the toll bill) and License Plate Number which is used as their customer login to view their balance details.
When logged in to your account customers have the option to submit payments via a credit card, debit card, checking, savings, or money market account. When selecting a draft from a personal bank account as a payment option customers will need to know their bank’s routing number, account number, and bank name. The only credit or debit cards that are acceptable as payment options are those that bear the Visa, MasterCard, or Discover logo.
Customers who desire to submit their payment by mail can send their payment along with the detached voucher from their toll bill to: Municipal Services Bureau, CTRMA Processing, PO BOX 16777, Austin, TX 78761-6777. Payments can be made by check, money order, or cashier’s check and customers must allow mail processing time of roughly 5 days before your payment is noted in your account. If you do not allow at least 5 days mail travel time then you may risk your payment arriving to the office late and incurring a late penalty.
Payments can also be made in person at any nearby ACE Cash Express store. ACE does charge a small fee for processing payments so be aware of paying extra.
