Clients of First Associates Loan Servicing that have mortgage or loan accounts can access their account information online at the PrivateLoanServicing website.  The web portal is accessible by clients 24 hours a day from any computer or mobile device that has a web browser and internet connection.

Customers can login to their account and check their balances, make online payments, check their payment history, etc.

To get started with accessing your account information online you will need to follow a few steps in particular the registration process:

Registration Process

If you haven’t already registered and if you’re a first time user of the site you will want to register your account.  You will need to enter the following information for account verification when getting started:  

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Social security number
  • Click blue Submit button

At the bottom of the page you’ll see “Not registered yet? Click here to register your account for web access.  Click the here link.

After entering the above info check “I’m not a robot” and click the blue Submit button.  During the registration process you will need to create your username and password to login.

After creating your username and password you can now login to your online account at privateloanservicing.com.  Enter your private loan servicing login credentials, username which should be your email address or account number then your created password.  

Forget Password

If you have somehow forgotten your password you can use the troubleshooting link at the bottom of the page – “If you have forgotten your password please click here – click the here link.”

This feature will recover your password  by simply entering in the email address that was first used when you registered for an online account.  If the email can be found in the system you will receive a link to reset your password.

You are given 10 minutes to reset your password from the time you’re sent the email.  If it is not reset with that 10 minute time frame you will have to restart the password recovery process over at www.privateloanservicing.com..
