Roaman’s Platinum cardholders can utilize the Comenity Bank Online Access to manage their credit card account online.  Signing up for online access is easy, only takes a minute afterwards you’ll be able to logon to your online account 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  The Online Access allows you to make online bill payments, monitor your transactions in real time, view your monthly statements, made edits to your personal information, etc.

Roaman’s Credit Card Payment

Making your monthly credit card payment has never been easier and convenient.  Cardholders can bypass writing checks and sending them off in the mail OR calling a 1-800 number to speak with a representative to submit their payment details.  With Online Access you can simply login to your account and make a manual payment or sign up for automatic payments.

To first utilize the online payment system you will need to setup your personal bank account as a payment option.  When it’s time to make a payment you can pay directly from your account and it will process quickly.  Payments made prior to 8pm Eastern Standard Time will be credited to your account the same day while all other payments will post on the following business day.  Be sure to pay your bill on time and at least the minimum monthly payment to avoid unnecessary late fees.

With online bill pay customers can make a payment on their account anytime including holidays and weekends.  Roaman’s credit cardholders can also setup automatic payments by selecting a specific date of each month for their payment to be automatically drafted from their bank account.

For credit card members who are using the Roaman’s online bill payment service for the first time you will need to setup your account for online access.  Just select “Register for Online Access” on the homepage of https://c.comenity.net/roamans/ and complete the enrollment process.  Before enrolling be sure to have the following information handy:  Roaman’s credit card account number, your zip code, the last 4 digits of your social security number, and decide on your User Name/Password.

Once your account is setup for online access you will be able to login to your account from your home computer or mobile devices.  Logging in to your Roaman’s account on a regular basis is a great way to manage your finances.  Every time you login you will see all of your account details on screen including your account balance, transactions in real time, available credit limit, billing statement, annual percentage rate, fees, etc.
