Bankers Life customers can register for an online account and login to access their account information from the mybankerslife website.  After creating your login credentials users will be able to view their account info 24/7.  Here are some account features:

• View policy benefits and claims
• Request documents
• Manage online payments

How to Register at MyBankerslife

To get started with the registration process users can simply follow these instructions:

Visit my.bankerslife.com

Click the Register for a new account button and enter the following details:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Password
• Select security questions and provide answers
• Accept the terms
• Click the blue Submit button

Steps for Logging In

Visit my.bankerslife.com

At the top of the homepage and in the center users can enter their login credentials (email address and password)

Click the blue Login button

Forgot Password

If you don’t know your password or have forgotten you can first try the Forgot password link.

You will need to enter the email address you used when signing up for an account

Click the gray Send button

An email will be sent to your email inbox with the instructions for resetting your password

Make a payment

In order to pay your mybankerslife bill online users will need to pay via electronic debit from their checking or savings account.  This can be done via the Payment Center link:

• Click the Payment center link at the left of the page

One Time Manual Payment

Users can pay without having a registered online account.  Click the Make A Payment button in the Guest users section and enter the following info:

• Policy number
• First name
• Last name
• Birthday
• Click the Find Policy button

Enter your payment details which will require your bank routing and checking/savings account number

Please note that payments can process up to 4 business days

Pay Online

Users that have already registered for an account can simply login to their my.bankerslife.com account and make a payment there.
