MyCigna.com/activate – Register and Activate MyCigna Account

Cigna members and enrollees can access their information online by registering. In addition, spouses, partners, and dependents covered by another family member’s plan can register.  When you activate your account you can expect some of the following account features:

• Search for in-network providers and cost estimates
• Manage health benefits for your and family
• Get your ID card info
• View claims
• Review your spending account balances/contributions/withdrawals
• Update your profile

MyCigna Info needed for Activation and Registration

Registration at mycigna.com/activate is available for the subscriber, spouses, partners, and dependents

Before registering the subscriber needs:

• Social security number
• Cigna ID number
• Cigna Healthspring ID

Before registering the dependent needs:

• Subscriber Cigna ID number
• Subscriber’s home zip code
• Cigna-HealthSpring ID
• Subscriber’s social security number
• Home zip code

Customer’s under the age of 13 cannot register

How to Activate Your MyCigna Account

• Visit mycigna.com/activate
• Under Haven’t created an account yet click the Register button
• Enter your first name and last name
• Click the blue Next button
• Verify your identity by providing your Cigna ID and social security number
• Answer the security questions
• Create your username and password
• Review your account
• Click the Submit button

Logging in 

After you have gone through the mycigna.com/activate registration process the next step is to visit the homepage and login.

• Enter your username and password
• Click the blue Log In button

Forgot Username or Password

If you have forgotten any part of your myCigna username or password click either link (Forgot Username or Forgot Password link).  Each link will require certain account info for online assistance:

How to Download myCigna App

So you can have access to your account while on the go the myCigna app is available on Google Play or the App Store.  Download the app to your mobile devices or smartphone.  Many of the same features available online are available via the app:

• View health fund balances
• View and refill your prescriptions
• View plan coverage and deductibles
• View wellness goals and activities
