What is Trubridge Paystub?

TruBridge paystubs are documents that employers provide to their employees to show the total amount of their gross and net wages for a given pay period. The paystub also shows deductions for taxes, insurance, and other withholdings.

How to Access Trubridge Paystub Login

To access your electronic paystub from TruBridge, you will first need to log into the TruBridge portal for employees. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access your electronic paystub. From there, you can view, save, or print your paystub.

How to Register for an Online Account

• visit paystub.trubridge.net
• click the New user link

enter the following info:

• hospital code
• employee number
• last 4 digits of your social security number
• email address
• check email notification box
• click the Register box

How to Retrieve Trubridge Check Stubs User ID or Password

• visit paystub.trubridge.net
• click the Forgot your User ID or Password link

enter the following details:

• employee number
• company number – these numbers can be found as the 2 digits Hospital Code used during your account registration.  Most users the numbers are 01 but you’ll want to check with your hospital’s payroll or human resources department for verification.
• last 4 of your social security number
• email address
• click the RESET button

How to Get Trubridge Pay Stubs After Termination

If you have been terminated from your job at TruBridge and need paystubs from a previously worked period, you will need to contact the trubridge paystub/Human Resources department. They will be able to provide you with a copy of your paystubs for that time period.
