Criterion Channel Activate – Install Roku AppleTV PS4

Fans of Criterion can now enjoy their new streaming service Criterion Channel which launched on April 8.  Users can download the app from their favorite media streaming device (AppleTV, Amazon Fire, Roku, iOS, and Android).  As long as you’re a subscriber you can view all of their media content via these apps or from their website directly.

Criterion Channel Activate Instructions

Since the streaming service is virtually new many users are having some difficulty finding and installing the app.  Here are some brief instructions to get started:

• Download app to your device
• Visit www.criterionchannel.com/activate

• Enter your Criterion Channel email address
• Click the Next button
• Enter your password
• Click Sign In button
• After logging in you will be prompted to enter your activation code displayed on your Criterion Channel app
• After a few seconds the app will be activated and ready to use
• You will however need to use the activation code rather quickly as it expires after a short period of time and will need to generate a brand new code

Install The Criterion Channel Roku

If the Criterion Channel app isn’t available via your Roku Search menu then follow these tips:

• Visit the Roku Channel Store online
• Search for the Criterion Channel app
• Add the channel
• Login with your Roku information
• After a few minutes the Criterion Channel will update to your Roku saved channels
• Sign in through the app
• Watch for the activation url criterionchannel.com/activate
• Enter the activation code when provided

What Will Be Offered

With the streaming service for those that are on the fence about signing up the streaming service will offer a lot of video content.  There is a treasure trove of classic movies, foreign classics, art-house dramas, etc.

Customers to the site will be able to also enjoy cinema luminaries and behind the scenes footage.  Also expect licensed films from major and independent studios.

Billy Wilder’s “Ace in the Hole.”

Musical gangster comedy “Bugsy Malone,” starring a young Jodie Foster.

Criterion Channel will have new films and programs added daily, the collection said.
