Expresstoll Pay Bill Online – Pay Your Tolls Online

Drivers that received a License Plate Toll statement in the mail can pay their bill online at the ExpressTolls website.  The site is a convenient way for drivers to pay their toll avoiding having to pay in person.  Bills can be made from your public computer, mobile devices, or smartphones.  

The Express Toll site allows users to pay the following:

  • License plate toll statement
  • Notice of violation
  • Hearing officer’s final order

Expresstoll Pay Bill Online Option

The quickest and most convenient way to pay your bill is online, here’s a quick guide:

  • Visit www.expresstoll.com pay bill online
  • Click the Pay Tolls link at the top of the homepage

You will be given 4 options to make a payment, make your selection:

ExpressToll or License Plate Toll Sign-In

If you already have an account you can sign in with your email/account number and password then click the Log In button

First timers can setup their account by clicking the “First time logging in” link or the Sign-Up in Person link where you can find a retail location nearest you in your area

Pay ExpressTolls Without Statement

You will need to enter your license plate number and state then click the Pay Now button

Pay License Plate Toll Statement, Notice of Violation, and/or Hearing Officer’s Final Order

If you have a statement number, notice of violation, or hearing officer’s final order you will need to enter the Statement or Document number and zip code.  

The last step is to click the Continue button

Create an Account

This option is for individuals that want to setup a pre-paid ExpressToll bill pay account.  You will need the following info handy:

  • License plate number for all vehicles
  • Make and model for all vehicles
  • Valid email address
  • Valid credit card

ExpressToll is an all-electronic toll collection system that is found on E-470, Northwest Parkway, and CDOT’s Express Lanes.  

Toll are automatically deducted for customers with pre-paid accounts

Customers that are setup with the pre-paid option pay a lower toll rate

At the top of the Expresstoll.com pay bill online website you can view the toll rates for E-470, Express Lanes, and Northwest Parkway by clicking the Toll Rates tab.  There is a link for each roadway which redirects to the rates online
