Take the Firehouse Subs Guest Satisfaction Survey

If you have a few minutes to spare consider taking the Firehouse Subs Guest Satisfaction Survey.  The survey allows you to give feedback about your recent visit to a Firehouse Subs restaurant.  As a reward for participating you’ll receive a free medium drink on your next visit when you purchase a sub or salad.  You will also have a chance to enter into their sweepstakes which has a grand prize of $500.  All you need to do to take advantage of the free medium drink and possible grand prize is to participate in the online survey.

Before starting the survey customers should have their receipt handy.  Your receipt has an 18 digit validation code that is needed when you visit www.firehouselistens.com.  You will also need to enter the total amount of your order which is also found on the receipt.  Once you’ve correctly entered in the validation code and receipt total the survey has officially started and you will proceed to answer several more multiple questions until the completion of the survey.

The questions asked during the survey focus on customer service, your level of satisfaction with your order, the cleanliness of the restaurant, any issues with the restaurant, etc.  If you had a bad experience with the Firehouse Subs you visited there will be comment boxes available for you to explain what happened.  If you had a super experience with a restaurant you can go into further detail about that experience as well using available comment boxes.

At the end of the survey you will be asked to enter your email address and phone number to participate in the sweepstakes.  The promotion period Customer Survey Sweepstakes is from January 1, 2015 til December 31, 2015.  After that is completed you will receive your Survey Completion Code which needs to be filled in on your receipt for redemption on your next visit.
