Kroger Associates can monitor and access their company Total Rewards benefits online at the mylifeatkroger website.  The Total Rewards employee package offers a number of company benefits that employees can access. Some of the benefits available through the online web portal is paid vacation, health benefits, tuition assistance, wellness perks, etc.

Via the online website users can login to their account from their home computer, public computer, smartphones, or mobile devices.

You will be given a list of options to choose from in the drop down menu

Select the description that fits you currently – Current employees of Kroger have a separate login from the other descriptions.  You will need to:

• Select Current Associate
• Login with your Enterprise User ID and password
• Click the I Agree button

If you are not an Associate of Kroger and fall into the other categories you will need to enter your User Name and Password then click the green Submit button to access your account.  If this is your first time trying to access mylifeatkroger.com the first step for you is going through the registration process.

Registration requires users to enter the following details before gaining access to the website and their company information:

Last year Kroger introduced a program to support continuing education for all part-time and full-time associates following six months of employment.  The company will offer up to $3,500 annually ($21,000) over the course of employment to support educational advancements like high school equivalency exams, professional certifications, and advanced degrees.

The also increased the company match for its 401k program to 5 percent up from 4 percent.
