Cardholders that are having their credit card account transferred to the Premier Finance Card Program will be able to access their account information via the pfcardprogram website.  PF|CP will manage their accounts as this is the new online destination for account holders.

How to Enroll in the Premier Finance Card Program?

• Visit www.pfcardprogram.com
• Click the Need to Enroll link

Enter the following info:

• Credit card account number
• First name
• Last name
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Email address
• Date of birth
• State you reside in
• Click the Accept button
• Create your username and password
• Set up your security questions and answers

Once you’ve completed the pfcardprogram.com registration process you will be able to access your account from any device that has a browser and internet connection.

How to Troubleshoot Your Password

Any credit cardholder that forgets their password can refer to the Forgot Password link on the homepage.  

• Visit pfcardprogram.com
• Click the Forgot Password link

Enter the following info:

• Last 6 digits of your account number
• Username
• Click the Next button

Please be advised that your password should be between 8 and 20 characters long containing at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.

How to Make a PFCP HSBC Payment Online

Cardholders that want to make a payment on their account online can use the premier finance card program online bill pay service at pfcardprogram.com to make a payment.  Here is a brief instruction on how to pay your bill:

• Visit www.pfcardprogram.com
• Login to your account
• From the Online Bill Pay screen select Make One-Time Payment
• From the drop down box select which payment account for the payment
• Choose your payment amount
• Select the payment date
• Verify your payment info
• Submit your payment

From inside your account you can view your upcoming payment information.  You will need to pay your credit card via electronic debit from your bank account.  There is an option to enter your bank routing number and bank account number.

The information you provide will be securely stored and you will not have to re-enter your primary bank name, routing/transit number and bank account number every time you schedule a payment. You can also set up as many Payment Accounts as you’d like.
