UltiPro, or UKG Pro is a cloud-based HCM (Human Capital Management) solution that brings employees and the company management together.
Developed by Ultimate Software, this payroll system allows employees to seamlessly manage their payroll information. Employees can start the payroll process through timekeeping and access their personal information through the portal.
Once logged into the e44.ultipro.com payroll system, employees will be able to perform several specific functions – the primary function being timekeeping. There are options for employees to clock in for work, clock in and clock out for lunch breaks, and clock out when it’s time to go home for the day.
Other top functions in the portal include managing payroll, compensation, and other labor processes.
Employees can access their e44 Ultipro login from their home or public computer by following the instructions below:
If this is your first time logging in and you’re not sure what your login credentials are try the following:
Visit https://e44.ultipro.com
Once you’ve logged in, enter your username in the “User Name” field. Your username should be provided by the company, which is usually the first 3 initials of your name, followed by your last name, and the first four digits of your birth date.

The next step is to enter your password in the “Password” box. Since you’re accessing the account for the first time, you’ll get a default password. This is usually the last 4 numbers of your SS number.
For example: 3343
Click “Login”, upon which you’ll be redirected to change your initial password.
First-time access requires employees to change their initial password – the last 4 digits of their SS number.
Keep in mind that the new password should be 8-15 characters and should contain at least:
1 Uppercase Letter
1 Lowercase Letter
1 Number
1 Special Character
For example LmcR@3Ar
Click “OK” to successfully change the password and move on to the next step.
To protect their account, employees need to set up a challenge question. If you have to change your password in the future, you’ll be asked the challenge question you selected.
There will be a drop-down menu consisting of a list of challenge questions. Select any one and type the answer.
Bear in mind that challenge questions are cap-sensitive. Keep your answer simple and easy to remember.
Click “Finish” and you have successfully logged in to your UltiPro account.
If you’ve forgotten your e44.ultipro.com login password or can’t sign in, try the following steps:
Step 1. Click on the “Forgot your password” link on the homepage.
Step 2. Enter your username and click on “Go” and follow the instructions
Step 3. You are asked the challenge question you selected during the first time creation of your password. Answer the question to successfully reset the password.
If you’re constantly being logged out, it may be due to your account being locked or unsuccessful login. Contact your system administrator to unlock and get access to your account.
Remember to Log Out When Finished
It’s a good practice to log out of UltiPro when you leave the system unattended. This prevents anyone else from performing inquiries or making changes in the system using your username in your absence.
The logout link is located at the top right of the screen. If you do not log out of e44.ultipro.com manually, the system will log you off after a certain timeout period.

Step 2. Login using your username and password
Step 3. Look for the Pay portal
Step 4. In the Pay portal, users can view their entire pay stub and pay stub information.
