Once logged into the e44.ultipro.com payroll system, employees will be able to perform several specific functions – the primary function being timekeeping. There are options for employees to clock in for work, clock in and clock out for lunch breaks, and clock out when it’s time to go home for the day.
Other top functions in the portal include managing payroll, compensation, and other labor processes.
How to Access E44 Ultipro?
Employees can access their e44 Ultipro login from their home or public computer by following the instructions below:

- Enter your username and password

How to Login to e44.Ultipro.com for the First Time?
If this is your first time logging in and you’re not sure what your login credentials are try the following:
- Visit the Portal
Visit https://e44.ultipro.com
- Enter Username
Once you’ve logged in, enter your username in the “User Name” field. Your username should be provided by the company, which is usually the first 3 initials of your name, followed by your last name, and the first four digits of your birth date.

The next step is to enter your password in the “Password” box. Since you’re accessing the account for the first time, you’ll get a default password. This is usually the last 4 numbers of your SS number.

- Login
Click “Login”, upon which you’ll be redirected to change your initial password.
- Change Password
First-time access requires employees to change their initial password – the last 4 digits of their SS number.
Keep in mind that the new password should be 8-15 characters and should contain at least:
1 Uppercase Letter
1 Lowercase Letter
1 Number
1 Special Character

Click “OK” to successfully change the password and move on to the next step.
- Set up a Challenge Question
To protect their account, employees need to set up a challenge question. If you have to change your password in the future, you’ll be asked the challenge question you selected.
There will be a drop-down menu consisting of a list of challenge questions. Select any one and type the answer.
Bear in mind that challenge questions are cap-sensitive. Keep your answer simple and easy to remember.
- Complete Login
Click “Finish” and you have successfully logged in to your UltiPro account.
What to do if You’ve Locked Out or Forgot Password?
If you’ve forgotten your e44.ultipro.com login password or can’t sign in, try the following steps:
Step 1. Click on the “Forgot your password” link on the homepage.
