If you are unsure or can’t remember what your login credentials are you can use this info as a baseline for accessing your account:
the username will be their 6-digit pin they use to clock in, and the default password will be “ALDI@“ then the last 4 digits of the pin they use to clock in then the first two letters of their last name. you’ll have to capitalize the first letter of the last name. example: “ALDI@1234Sm” it should prompt you to change the password once you’re logged in.

You are given 2 ways to retrieve your login information:
To reset your password enter your User Name
If you’ve already received an access code or reset link in your email you can enter that information on the screen
To find your current pay statement follow these steps in your aldi.ultipro.com Dashboard: Myself > Pay > Current Pay Statement. In the UltiPro Dashboard, you can also view your Pay History for any other pay statements. On the right side of the screen are icons for downloading and printing.
You receive an annual report from your employer. This form must be completed and delivered to you by January 31st. As soon as it is available, your actual W-2 can be viewed and the option to print from your Aldi Ultipro login.
To get started with the process login and select the Menu button and select W-2 from the Pay section. The Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement page displays all of your W-2 forms.
Form W-2s can be found by searching by tax year or by form type. When you find the W-2 of the year you want to view, click the Year link to open it. The Print option on this page allows you to view the page in a printer-friendly format.
You can also view how you will receive your Forms W-2 on the W-2 Page in AldiUltiPro. It is possible that you will receive a paper copy as well as an electronic copy.
After successfully logging on to the Aldi Ultipro ESS you will be presented with your home screen that has a number of features employees can access for information. Here are some features:
Users can simply click on whatever topic they’re interested in to see their company information.
For some aldi.ultipro.com features users have the option to make changes or edits such as your deductions.
Paystubs can also be viewed or printed for tax preparing purposes.
Instant and secure access to relevant employee information and tools
Please ensure your pay, benefits, deductions, contact information, etc. are correct through your Aldi employee login on a regular basis.
Always Log Out When Finished
When you leave the system unattended, it is a good practice to log out of UltiPro. This prevents unauthorized users from making inquiries of the system or altering it using your user name.
UltiPro Web logs you off automatically if you don’t log out after a certain timeout period.
