First Time User Access

Cardholders who have not signed up for the Jessica London bill pay system can register for first-time use from the homepage.  The enrollment process is quick and only takes a few seconds.  

From the c.comenity.net/jessicalondon web portal follow these details to register:

• Click the Register for Online Access link
• Enter your credit card account number
• Enter your zip code or postal code
• Enter your social security number
• Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number
• Click the green Find My Account button

Continue on with the registration process creating your login credentials and security info.  When you’ve finished you will then be able to access your Jessica London Comenity account online.

With the online payment service you can submit your monthly credit card payment any time before the actual payment due date, including the date of the due date.  If you elect to make a payment on the due date then you will need to ensure it is paid prior to 6pm Eastern Standard time.  All payments submitted at c.comenity.net/jessicalondon/ prior to 8pm will be posted to your account the same day and payments made after the 8pm deadline will post on the following business day.

Cardholders should pay at least the required minimum payment to avoid receiving a late fee charge.  The online payment system will receive payments any time including weekends and holidays which is a convenience compared to paying in person or by phone.  

You won’t have to worry about closing hours or various times you’re allowed to make a call and pay.  The online service is available 24 hours a day to receive your payment.
