Patients of Bellin Health can access and manage their personal health care records online at My Bellin Health located at https://www.mybellin.org/MyChart/default.asp. The site is free to use and all patient records are safely secured requiring a My Belling Health Username and Password to logon to the MyChart system.
Once logged in to the system patients can perform a number of functions including scheduling their doctor’s appointments, reviewing the details from their past doctor’s visit, request prescription refills, view test results, and more. The site is available for patients to use 24 hours a day 7 days a week through any computer or mobile device with an internet connection and web browser.
Patients who are interested in signing up for My Bellin Health can visit Bellin Health MyChart and select the New User, Activate Account button. The enrollment process is a 3 step process which requires you to enter a few personal details. You will need your My Belling Health Access Code that can be found on your enrollment letter. The code should be entered as is and is not case sensitive. You will also need to enter the last 4 digits of your social security number and date of birth.
Once you’ve completed the online enrollment including creating your Username and password you will have access to your online patient records. Patients that do not have an Access Code can still register for the online service as long as they complete the short enrollment form associated with the No Access Code section of the website.
