Drivers that travel down these roads without a valid TxTag, Ez Tag, TollTag,K-Tag, Pikepass, or BancPass will receive a toll bill through the Pay By Mail program.

- Pay By Mail invoices are issued to drivers who use Mobility Authority toll roads without having a valid electronic tag account or registered pre-paid account
- Cameras above the toll lanes record the license plate of all vehicles and the owner of the vehicle is sent an invoice once the plate is transcribed and matched with vehicle registration records
- Paymobilitybill customers have 30 days to pay their invoice online, by mail, over the phone, or in person
