Employees of Wake County Public School System can retrieve their paystub electronically at https://paystub.wcpss.net. The Electronic Pay Stub System is a replacement for employee’s paper statements and annual benefit statements. The site is a secure site allowing employees to view their current pay period including an archive of the past 3 months of pay statements.
Employees can view their current WCPSS paystub on the date you are scheduled to get paid. The WCPSS electronic pay stub system will submit your electronic pay stub the last working day of each month. It will indicate that your direct deposit was processed including the total amount deposited along with reporting your deductions and leave balances. Always be sure to check to see if your direct deposit was processed on the same date for congruency.
Inside your account your electronic pay statement resembles your paper pay statement displaying the same payroll information. You will be able to see your contact information, school name, pay period beginning and ending, pay level, benefit plan coverage, earnings, deductions, gross pay, net pay, leave balances, etc. If needed there is a print feature available if you want to print a copy of your pay statement.
When you are finished reviewing your paystub be sure to properly logout of your account for your own security. There is a logoff button in the top right corner that will securely log you out of the system. Employees that need assistance with their account can call the Help Desk which is available from 7am to 5pm on business work days only.
