txrhlive Login for Texas Roadhouse EE’s

The Texas Roadhouse Employee Portal is available for employee’s to login and review their paystub including have access to their W-2.  The site is located at www.txrhlive.com and is accessible by employees 24/7.  

Users will see an electronic version of their hardcopy paystub inside their account.  It details your hours worked, wages, tax info, deductions, etc. Your W-2 will be presented in the same digital format from this website for you to download and print out.  

Accessing Texas Roadhouse Employee Portal

To get started with signing in to your Texas Roadhouse Ultipro account first-time users will need to follow a few instructions.  Typically new users will have temporary login credentials that they can change after signing on the first time.

  • Visit www.txrhlive.com
  • Select the language you want the site to be displayed in (English or Spanish)
  • Enter your Username and Password
  • Click the green Sign On button

The first-time user name for store employees other than MP’s is your payroll website username. Your password is your date of birth in the following format – mm/dd/yyyy.

Texas Roadhouse W2 Info

When it’s that time of the year to file taxes employee’s don’t have to wait around for their paper W-2 to be mailed to them.  They’ll instead receive an electronic copy of their W-2 at the Texas Roadhouse employee login. Employee’s should receive a notification when their W-2 is ready and available in their account.

After logging in they can download and print out their W-2 for tax filing.  The good thing is if they ever lose the paper copy they can always login to their account and download another copy. The electronic copy won’t be lost but is stored online.

Employee’s that are no longer employed with Texas Roadhouse can also access the online website.  Their payroll information is still on file for them to access after no longer being an employee. They can view their last Texas Roadhouse pay stubs and retrieve their W-2 form.  

To access the site they will need to follow these instructions:

  • Visit www.txhrlive.com
  • Click the “Are you a Former Employee” link.
  • Enter your last name
  • Enter the last 6 digits of your social security number
  • Enter your date of birth
  • Complete the reCaptcha
  • Click the green Submit button
