• Pay your monthly Cigna premium
• View claims

First time Registration

If you are a first timer you will need to go through the registration process by clicking the member registration link and entering the following details:

• Last 4 of social security number OR certificate number
• Date of birth
• Zip code
• Click the Next button

Continue on to the following steps until you have finished and established your cignaindividual.com login credentials including secret security question/answer.

Forgot password

If you at any time can’t remember what your password is you can click the Forgot Password link on the homepage:

• Enter in your username
• Click the Next button
• Answer the secret question you setup during your registration
• If you answer it correctly you will be given a hint for your password

After you’ve finished you should be able to successfully login to your account using your username and password and clicking the Login button

Payments can be made as a one time debit from your checking or savings account or automatic payments each month

If you setup the automatic payment you will need to designate a payment day each month where your payment will be due each month
