Fossil customers that have recently made a purchase have the option to register for an online account and register their purchase at the same time. Having your product purchase registered is helpful in case you have issues with the product later you can easily login to your account and receive assistance.
How do I register my Fossil?
Fossil customers interested in registering their Fossil product online at the Fossil registration website can follow these instructions to get started:
- Visit www.fossil.com/register
- Click the Create An Account button
Enter the following info:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Click the black Create Account button
Once your account has been successfully created you’ll be able to login and enter your Fossil product information so it will be properly registered in the system. The information you will need are:
You can find the item numbers (skus) for the following products in the locations listed:
- Watches – located on back of watch (i.e. ES1234)
- Bags – located on price tag from purchase (i.e. ZB7482994)
- Sunglasses – printed inside arm (i.e. FOS2012S0R5GP)
Note, Fossil does not require registration of your products at fossil.com/register for warranty purposes; the warranty on your product automatically activates from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. How to Access Fossil Login
After you’ve gone through the fossil.com/register process including creating your Fossil login credentials the next step is to actually login to your account. You will need to enter your email address and newly created password. Click the black Login button.

At the Fossil register website there’s a feature that will allow customers who haven’t received their Fossil order the option to check the status of it. Here is how the Fossil order status works:

Under Check Order you will need to enter:
- Order number
- Order email
- Billing zip code
- Click the black Check Status button
More Fossil Order Tracking Details
After you’ve entered in the correct information about your order you should receive an update on what’s going on with your order.
If your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will have the tracking number for your package. You can use the tracking number via FedEx.
To check your order status on the Fossil.com site, click the button below and enter in your ORDER NUMBER, ORDER EMAIL, and BILLING ZIP CODE.
