How to Register Online

• Visit www.greendotcc.com
• Click the Enroll in Online Services link

Enter the following info:

• Account number
• First name
• Middle initial
• Last name
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Email address
• Mother’s maiden name
• Expiration date
• cvc/cvv number
• Click the blue Next button

Forget Password

• Visit greendotcc.com
• Click the Forgot Password link

Enter in the following info:

• Account number
• First name
• Middle initial
• Last name
• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Expiration date
• cvc/cvv number
• Click the blue Next button

Once you have gone through the greendotcc registration process you can begin logging in to your account using your new Username and password.  Your account can be accessed via your home computer, public computer, mobile devices, and smartphone as long as you have a browser and internet access.

Greendotcc Make a Payment

Via the Green Dot Bank Cardholder Center cardholders can make their monthly credit card payment using Recurring Payments.  Enables you to set up a payment account and schedule, view, edit, and cancel one time and recurring payments towards your credit card balance

Setup a payment account that stores your checking or savings account number, the type of account, and your bank’s routing number.

Steps to Setup Recurring Payments

• Login to greendotcc account
• From the Online Bill Pay screen select the Set Up Recurring Payments option
• Choose the Payment Account
• Choose the payment amount

***All recurring payments will be made on the greendotcc Payment due date each month

• Click Continue

Create Email Alerts

To maximize your account management using email alerts can be a huge benefit as they remind you when certain transactions or events that you setup occur – here is a list of certain email alerts:

• For both account and transaction events
• Notify when your credit limit has been reached
• When statement info is available
• When your payment due date is due
• What your balance is within a certain amount
• When daily transactions exceed a specific amount
• When a payment or credit has posted
• When a debit charge exceeding a certain amount is posted
