How to Access Your Loan Info

First Time Registration

First timers at the site will need to register for an account, please follow the steps below:

• Visit www.lakeviewloanservicing.myloancare.com
• Click the Create Account link at the top of the screen

Enter the following info:

• Loan number
• User ID
• First name
• Last name
• Social security number
• Password
• Email address
• Click the gray Continue button

How to Login

Visit lakeviewloanservicing.myloancare.com

Click the SIGN IN link at the top of the homepage

Enter your User ID and Password

Click the blue Sign In button

Sign In Trouble

If you are experiencing trouble logging in to your account click the “Need help signing in” link

Loan Transfer Info

If you received a servicing transfer notice in the mail you should have been provided a new account number along with other info about the transfer process.  

If your mortgage has been transferred to lakeviewloanservicing.myloancare.com follow these steps:

From the homepage hover over the Help Center tab and click the Service Transfers link

Click the Find Your New Account Number button

Enter your previous loan number

Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number

Click the Continue button
