• Click the blue Log in button

First time Registration

Registering for an online account with the Morgan Stanley online login requires users to go through a 3 step process of:

• Register
• Authenticate
• Create profile

From the morganstanley.com login homepage follow these steps:

• Click the Create a username link
• Enter the first 9 digits  of your Morgan Stanley account and the last 4 digits of your social security number

***If you do not have a social security number but have a passport click the “Don’t have a SSN?  Register with a Passport Number link

• Click the blue Continue button

Continue on with the rest of the online registration process which will require creating your Morgan Stanley login credentials, setting up your security questions/answers, etc.

Click the Forgot username link

Select the type of account you have from the 2 options:  Morgan Stanley Online or Stockplan Connect

Enter your Morgan Stanley account number and the last 4 digits of your SSN

Click the blue Continue button

For a lost password
