Myemsaccount – Online Bill Pay Option

Patients that received a bill from EMS possibly due to ambulance transportation can make a payment online at the MY EMS Account website.  Instant payments can be made there anytime 24/7 and when you utilize the website there are no fees you have to pay. All payments are submitted securely.

My EMS Account Service

If you are interested in paying online through the EMS bill pay site then you can follow these steps to getting started:

• Visit www.myemsaccount.com
• Enter your Trip Number

***You can locate your trip number on your billing statement at the top of the page or for assistance click the “Where do I find my Trip Number link on the My EMS Account homepage

• Click the blue Submit button

Part of the process with paying your bill online is you will need to enter a few personal details:

• Verify your identity via your date of birth
• Last 4 digits of your social security number

When your account is pulled up you will be able to see your bill online including all charges owed.  Patients can pay their bill via credit card or electronic bank draft via your checking account.

Pay by Phone

Paying online isn’t the only option to pay your bill.  Your bill can be paid by contacting Customer Service at the My EMS account phone number which is listed on your billing statement.  Please be sure to adhere to the call times for customer service when you call.  

Pay by Mail

Each invoice has an address that patients can mail in their payment to.  They can send in a personal check for the balance owed to that particular address.
