www.ybpay.com – Order Your Lifetouch Yearbook Online

Parents or students interested in purchasing their school’s yearbook online can visit the www.ybpay.com website.  If you received a flyer that promotes ordering online, you should find your school’s Yearbook ID code near the bottom of the order form. Using this number, or your school’s city and state, login at ybpay.com. to start the order process.

How do I order a Yearbook on YBPay?

• Visit www.ybpay.com or www.ybpay.lifetouch.com
• In the field under the Under Order Your Lifetouch Yearbook section you can look up your school’s yearbook account by entering your yearbook ID code which you can find on your school’s flyers, posters, and yearbook emails.
• Click the black Next button

***If you don’t have your Yearbook ID code try the search feature on the ybpay.com homepage “Search for your Yearbook ID code”

• Enter your state and city
• Click the black Search button

The next step in the ybpay ordering process is you will see your school name and ID code at the top of the screen.  Continue on with entering in your student information:

• Student first name
• Student last name
• Grade
• Click the black Next button

The next page of the process which outlines options for ordering your school yearbook.  There will be a standalone package and if your school allows you to order additional packages they will be identified on the page for you to add or upgrade your yearbook with the pricing indicated.

After you’ve ordered your package and if you’re ok with the pricing and extras click the black Next button to go to the next screen.  

On the Checkout page review your order then complete the Billing Information section entering in the following info:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Street address
• City
• State
• Zip code
• Click the black Continue to Payment button

The next step is to enter your payment information.

Under Payment Information enter the following credit card payment details:

• Credit card number
• expiration date
• CSC number
• Click the Verify Card button to submit your order

The next step will show if your order was submitted successfully and you will receive a confirmation in your email inbox.  You will have an Order Summary as a final review.

How to Retrieve YBPay Lifetouch Yearbook Past Order Information

If you’ve ordered from the Ybpay.com website before and would like to see your previous orders from the ybpay homepage you can see your order details by clicking the “Get Details of Your Previous Orders by Email.”

If you can remember the email address you used for your previous orders enter in the email address field and click the black Submit button
