In the https://sunholdings.ultipro.com/ payroll system, employees are able to access personal information as well as start the payroll process by keeping track of their hours.

In addition to timekeeping, sunholdings ultipro payroll employees are able to perform a variety of other functions.  Employees have the option of clocking in for work, clocking out for lunch, clocking back in after lunch, and clocking out when they are done for the day.  

How to Access Sunholdings Ultipro

To access their sunholdings ultipro login from a home or public computer, employees must follow the instructions below:

• Visit https://sunholdings.ultipro.com/
• Enter your user name and password
• Click the blue Sign in button

Here are some tips if this is your first time logging in:

• Username:  email address
• Password:  birthdate in this format MMDDYYYY format

Logging in will require you to create a new password and security questions.  In addition to the number, you must also include one uppercase and one lowercase letter, as well as one special character, and your new password must be between eight and 18 characters long.

How to Retrieve Ultipro Sunholdings Password

If you’ve forgotten your sunholdings.ultipro.com login password or if you’ve been locked out from signing in, try the “Forgot your password” link on the sunholdings.ultipro.com homepage.  

Please enter your username (your email address) and click Go. There is no access code or reset link for you. 

Your security questions will be asked when you first set your password.  Your password can be reset after you answer those questions successfully.

In some cases, your ultipro sunholdings login is locked due to unsuccessful login attempts. In such a case, you should contact the system administrator to unlock your account.

Log Out When Finished

When you leave UltiPro unattended, you should log out. You can prevent others from using your user name to perform inquiries or make changes to the system.

Each Sunholdings Ultipro user and company employee is responsible for making sure their company information is accurate.  The user can make some changes or updates.  The home screen provides a lot of options for users to navigate and view their company employee file.  Here is a list of categories available to users under the MYSELF tab:

How to View Your Sunholdings Paystub

To view your company pay statement recent or past statements users will need to do the following:

• Visit sunholdings.ultipro.com
• Login
• Look for the Pay portal

In the Pay portal users can view their entire pay stub and pay stub information.  While in this section you can select from the following sections for payroll info:

• Current pay statement
• YTD summary
• Direct deposit
• Income tax
• W-2
• Model My Pay

If you need to print out your pay stub there is a print icon in the top right corner.
