ATS Print Freedom is an online web portal available at https://www.atsprintfreedom.com created for employees to view and print their paystubs and W-2’s.  Employees have access to view their paystub for the current pay cycle as well as the previous pay cycles.  ATS Freedom is available for employees 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The ATS Login is convenient for employees as they can print out their pay information if needed particularly when needing to prove their income when applying for loans.  Pay statements and W-2 information can be easily printed out or electronically delivered from inside their account.

enter the following info:

• Access ID
• Username
• Password
• click the Log In button

How to Retrieve ATSprintfreedom Login Information

If you need help with logging in to your account due to forgetting your user ID or password do this:

• visit atsprintfreedom.com
• click the Need help with logging in? Forgot Password? link

• enter your Access ID number and Username
• click the Submit button

To access your pay statement online employees will need to visit ATS Freedom and enter their Access ID, Username, and Password.  Your Access ID should be provided to you by your employer.  

For those logging in to the site for the very first time your Username should be your first and last name typed as one word while your password is the last 4 of your social security number.  

When you successfully login to your account you will have an opportunity to change your password to something more secure.

How to Retrieve Your W-2

Once logged in to your atsprintfreedom online account, depending on whether or not your employer has setup for you to view your W-2 and/or paystub online, you will be able to print/email your W-2 to your email address on file.  

Other users may be able to view their paystubs which are typically available a day or two prior to payday.  They can use their account features to print out their paystub or email it as well.

Through ATS Print Freedom employees have access to their paystub and W-2 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  They can simply login to their account with their login credentials and view their payroll information.  The data is accessible from any computer or mobile device that has an internet connection.

From the ATS Print Freedom website users can make some changes to their contact information manually.  They can change their email address, physical home address, and change how they want their W-2 delivered by utilizing the Online Consent option.  Once inside your account at www.atsprintfreedom.com it is easy to navigate around.
