eservice oldnavy register – Access Your Old Navy Credit Card

Old Navy credit cardholders can access their credit card account online using the Old Navy Cardmember Account Services maintained by Synchrony Bank.  The site is available for cardholders to use 24 hours a day 7 days a week and is free.  There are a number of features available to members:

Online Account Features

Pay your bill online

View your account balance

Add an authorized user

Sign up for paperless billing statements

Add multiple bank accounts to pay bill

How to Register Old Navy Card Online

Continue on with the rest of the registration process which will require you to create your login info – User ID and Password.  

You will also need to set up your security information for account verification.  Once you have completed the registration process the next step is logging in to your Old Navy account.

If you at some point forget your User ID or Password you can use the self help options on the eservice.oldnavy.com register website to get help.

Enter your account number and zip code

Click the blue Continue button

Password Help

Click the Password link

Enter your User ID and zip code

Click the blue Continue button

Create a new password

Login to your account

How to Make an Old Navy Credit Card Payment

If you are desiring to simply make a payment without going through the registration process and setting up an online account you can visit the eservice.oldnavy.com register website and click the blue Pay As Guest button.

Enter the following info:

  • Card number
  • Last 4 digits of your social security number
  • Zip code
  • Click the blue Continue button

After your account is located you can pay via credit card or electronic debit from your checking account.  You will need to enter your bank routing number and checking account number.

Pay by Mail 

If you are interested in paying your credit card bill by mail you can simply send a check or money order to the address below:

Use the automated phone system to submit your payment or speak to a representative.  When paying by phone you will be expected to pay a fee.  Paying your bill online is a free service.
