How to Activate GoHenry Card
When you sign up for an account and receive a card the first question cardholders ask is, “How do I activate my go Henry card?”
- Visit www.gohenrycard.com/activate
- Login your account via website or download the GoHenryCard mobile app
- Select Activate next to your child’s name
- Continue with following activation steps
- After finished your child’s login info including PIN will be displayed on the screen
- PIN will be on display for 5 seconds
- The next prompt will be to enter the last 4 digits of your card number
How to Replace A Lost Go Henry Card
If you or your child loses a card there’s the option to order and receive a replacement card in the mail. Here are steps to replacing a lost card:
- Order a replacement card with the same design via the mobile app for free
- Changing the design costs £4.99
- Visit gohenrycard.com/activate
- Login to your account
- Click the Cards button at the bottom of the page
- Select the child that has a lost card
- Click New
- Click Replace a lost card
- Click Place order
The new card will be mailed out within 3 to 5 days. It will already be activated when you receive it and your lost card will be cancelled.

GoHenry Signup – How to Register for an Account
Before you can login to your gohenry account the first step is to register for an online account if you haven’t already done so. Here are tips on registering online:
from the gohenry login page click the Sign Up link
complete the online registration form which getting started will require you to enter:
email address
mobile number
create a password
If you have a promocode enter that
click the Continue button
It is a 6 step process to online registration so complete all the steps which will include creating your login credentials. When you are finished you should be able to return to the gohenry card login page to enter your email/username and password then click the Log In button.
How to Retrieve Your Username or Password
If you at any point forget your login credentials there is a self help feature using the Forgot details link. Click the link, if you’ve forgotten your password enter your email address or username then click the Send me the link button and a link will be sent to your email address with instructions for resetting.
