Customers that recently purchased an Oral-b product can register their product online and activate the warranty at the same time.  The Oralb.com/register usa website is available for customers anytime to complete the online registration form and learn about their product warranty.

How to Register Your Oral-B Product

Select the product you want to register, the available options are:

  • Oral-B Genius X Electric Toothbrush
  • Oral-B Electric Toothbrush
  • Oral-B Water Flosser

The next part of the registration process is to complete the online form that is displayed.  You will need to enter the following info:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Date of purchase
  • Promo code

  • Click the Submit button

Continue on with the rest of the oralb.com/register process.  By completing the online registration you are also unlocking the warranty.  

What is covered in my Oral-B warranty?

You receive a two-year warranty from Oral-B when you purchase your product. In the event of a defect with your Oral-B product, Oral-B will replace it free of charge*.

Scratches and damage caused by the following are not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accident, misuse, dirt or water
  • The product being tampered with
  • Improper use
  • Repairs carried out by agents not authorized by Oral-B/Braun
  • Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging
  • The product being altered or used for commercial purposes

*The Service Center will send you a like-for-like technical replacement, or if this is not possible a device of a higher specification. The Service Center may not be able to supply a toothbrush of the same color.

How do I claim my Oral-B Money Back Guarantee?

You will receive a one-time refund if you are not satisfied with the product within 60 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. Terms of prepaid card apply.  It is good to register your product at oralb.com/register.
