Benefit Support Center is a site that employees can access 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  It covers Walgreens company employee benefits that each employee has signed up for.  It gives employees a snapshot of their benefits plans and payroll.  Here are some features and information Walgreens employees can expect:

  • Find a doctor
  • HSA
  • Wellness program
  • Update benefit coverage

Accessing the Benefit Support Center 

To get started using the Benefit Support Center users can follow these brief instructions:

  • Visit www.benefitsupportcenter.com

There are 2 options to choose from (Current Team Members and Future Team Members), depending on your position make your selection.

Current Employees

  • Click Current Team Members
  • Enter your User ID and Password
  • Click the Log On button

If you are not registered you can click the New User link to enroll and enter the following info:

  • Last 4 digits of social security number
  • Birth date
  • Click the blue Continue button

Former Employees

  • Click Future Team Members

There are 3 options to choose from:

  • Medical Plan Cost Modeler
  • Benefits Highlights
  • Walgreens Career Connections

Access Via QR Code

If for some reason the benefitsupportcenter.com website is down you can still access your employee account by using the QR code , here is how:

  • Visit www.benefitsupportcenter.com
  • Click the Quick Start Guide button at the bottom of the page
  • For employees that use an iphone scan the page for the iPhone Users section
  • With your iphone in hand scan the QR code with your phone camera
  • Agree to open the website QR code message from your smartphone’s internet browser
  • Enter your Walgreens OneID and password

You should arrive to the Benefit Support page to access.

Android users can follow the same steps to get the same result.

Benefit Support Center Details

Through the Benefit Support Center website employees can access the site from their home computer, mobile devices, smartphone, or public computer.  As long as you have an internet connection and web browser employees can visit the site, access their benefits account, and view their company benefits/payroll.

Open Enrollment
