CenturyLink Class Action Details
Plaintiffs accused CenturyLink in a lawsuit of deceptively promising certain rates but instead they charged a much higher rate according to billing. Customers were billed for additional unauthorized charges for services and equipment that were unnecessary.
As a result of complaining about these charges plaintiffs decided to terminate their accounts and more fees mounted, including termination and collection fees.
