How to Apply for Costco Anywhere Visa Card

Some of the information you will need when applying online is your active membership number, name, address, telephone number, email, date of birth, social security number, salary, etc.  Having and maintaining an active Costco membership is vital to participating in this credit card program.  Your credit card can be cancelled if your regular Costco membership is not renewed.
