Pay DrPaycenter Medical Bills

Customers can utilize the www.drpaycenter.com Bill Pay website to pay their medical bills online.  The site also allows users to view their billing statement, billing information, services rendered, make changes, etc.  It’s a convenient way for customers to manage their medical bills faster and easier versus making payments by mail.

Access DrPayCenter Login

Before logging in to your online account to view your statement and make a payment users will need locate their account number.  Along with your zip code and the first 3 letters of your last name, your account number is necessary for accessing your account.  Input this information on the homepage of the DrPayCenter website.

After successfully logging in to your account you will see 4 tabs at the top of your screen.  The tabs are:

• Account Summary
• View Statement
• Make Payment
• Logout

Account Summary

Your Dr Billpay Account Summary will include your billing information which shows your charges, date of service, providers, etc.  It’s a quick glance at how much you owe and it also gives users the option to make any necessary changes to their billing info.  Simply make your changes and select the Save Changes button.

View Statement

In this section is a copy of your billing statement that breaks out all of your services rendered by date, name/address of provider, payments, and balance.

Clicking on the Drpayments Make a Payment tab will reveal your date, amount due, and you can enter the amount you’re going to pay in the Payment Amount field.  If you’re preparing to pay the full amount then you can select the Next button otherwise any partial payment amounts will need to be entered in the Payment Amount field.

Paying by credit card is the primary payment option that requires users to enter their credit card information including:

• Cardholders’ first and last name
• Contact email address
• Billing address
• Type of credit card
• Card number
• Card expiration date
• Add any additional comments in the comment box

After completing the payment fields select the Next button for processing and at the end you should receive a confirmation via email of the payment.

The DrPayCenter website is strictly a payment portal that does not show any specific health details about your services.  You will observe dates, provider info, payments, and balances but no personal health details about your services.   Any questions you may have about your bill call 1-800-498-7157 between 7am to 5:30pm PST or simply visit www.drpaycenter.com.
