How to Register for Global 7 Diagnostics Covid Testing

Residents will need to register for testing via their online consent form.  Here are instructions on how to get started:

There are 4 stages to the online form

The 1st stage requires users to enter the following personal info:

• First name
• Middle name
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Gender
• Email address
• Home street address
• Set a password
• Identify ethnicity
• Identify race
• Answer if you have insurance or not
• If you do not have insurance click the CARES ACT Consent Form
• Click the Next button

Continue on to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stages of the online consent form

When you are finished completing the online consent form and submitting it you will need to visit one of the many testing locations found on the homepage of www.g7covidtest.com.

The main website provides visitors with a listing of testing site locations around the Greater Atlanta and Miami areas.

Each testing site has the name of the location, address, days of the week, and times testing will be going on.

Receive Test Results

Currently, COVID-19 swab test results are usually available within 24 hours after the lab receives the specimen. In general, test results are delivered within 24-48 hours of receiving the specimen at the lab for the COVID-19 IgG antibody test.

Fees for COVID-19 Testing

Consumers do not have to pay upfront for the testing, and Global 7 will bill public and private payers. The doctor, telemedicine or healthcare provider charges the consumer separate fees for his or her services.
