How to Utilize the AARP Mastercard Login

AARP credit cardholders can access their accounts online via the AARP Barclays credit card login.  In September 2021 existing AARP credit card Chase customers were switched to the new Barclays cards.

Activating Your New AARP Barclays Card

If you have been switched over to a new card and have received your new card in the mail the first step is activating it:

The activation process only takes a few minutes to complete.  Users can use the AARP Mastercard login to activate their card or utilize the Barclays App.

• Visit AARP Barclays credit card login

If you do not already have an online account you can simply click the Activate my card now button

• Complete all the required fields
• Select Continue and your new card will be activated for use

If you already have an online account setup simply login and verify your identity then automatically your card will be activated.

Account Registration

After you have successfully activated your new card the next step is going through the registration process to setup your online account. 

• Visit AARP Mastercard login
• Click the Set up online access link

Enter the following info:

• Last 4 digits of your social security number
• Date of birth
• Account number
• Current occupation
• Identify if you’re a US citizen
• Click the blue Citizen button
• Create your login credentials
• Setup your security protocols

After you’ve finished the registration process you can begin accessing your account using your login info.

Barclays US Credit Cards App

If you are interested in managing your credit card via the Barclays US Credit Cards App depending on your device you can download and install from the App Store or Google Play.  

The app has many of the same features as if you logged in to your account online via the AARP Mastercard login.  Here are a few available features:
