Consumers that have a credit account with Genesis FS Card Services can access their account online and pay their bill.  There are several ways customers can make a payment and having an online account is the easiest and most convenient way but here are some other payment options:

MyGenesisCredit Bill Payment Steps

If you are interested in using the online account feature for bill pay you can follow these steps to getting started:

• Visit www.mygenesiscredit.com
• Enter your username and password
• Click the Log-In button

If you don’t already have an account you will need to go through the online registration process which is simple:

At the top of the mygenesiscredit.com register website click the Register button or locate the Not Yet Registered link under the login section and enter the following info:

Confirm if you have an account number, if you do have an account number you will need to enter it along with your date of birth and social security number.  If you do not have an account number enter the following:

• Last name
• Zip code
• Date of birth
• Social security number
• Click the Next button

You can reset your password OR  request your username

To reset your password you will need to enter the following details:

• Username
• Last 4 digits of your account
• Social security number
• Date of birth

To retrieve your username you will need to enter the following info and at the end an email will be sent to you with your original username

• Last 4 digits of account
• Social security number

Electing to make your payments online at the www.mygenesiscredit.com pay bill website is an easy and convenient way to pay your credit bill.  When using your online account you will need to store your bank account info if you’re paying via your checking account.  

Your bank routing number and checking account number is needed for monthly electronic drafts.

Payment Tips

To get credited for same day payments online payments have a cut off time of 5pm PST.  Any payments submitted prior to 5pm PST will be credited to your account the same date, afterwards it will be credited the following business day
