Stockplanconnect – Login to Morgan Stanley StockPlan

The StockPlan Connect portal is available for individuals that are participating in their company’s stock plan program to manage their account online.  The portal gives users an easy to understand way to view their stock plan account with visualizations along with functions such as:

• Visualizations of your assets including positions, balances, transaction history, real time quotes
• View, accept, or decline grant agreements and documents
• Sell shares and exercise options
• Certify your Form W-9 or Form W-8BEN

First timers interested in getting started with utilizing the online platform, here’s some brief instructions for getting started:

• Visit www.stockplanconnect.com
• Click the “Login with temporary username and password” link

***your temporary login credentials should have been mailed to you

• Enter your temporary user name and password
• Click the blue Next Step button

If you don’t have your password or have forgotten it you can click the “Forgot Password” link under the login box.  Be prepared to answer a few questions to validate your identity.  Once you have been confirmed you will receive a link to reset your password via email.

StockPlanConnect App Features

If you are interested in managing your stocks while on the go you can refer to the StockPlanConnect mobile app.  The app can be downloaded to your smartphone or mobile devices.  It allows you the same functionality as the Stockplanconnect login website.
