Indigo Platinum Mastercard users can activate, register, and login to their credit card account online at www.myindigocard.com.  The site provides users with a secure access to monitor/manage their account via the internet and have access while on the go.  

MyindigoCard Activate New Cardholders

New cardholders that recently received their Indigo Platinum card in the mail will first need to activate their card before using it.  

The easiest and fastest way to activate your new card is to visit www.myindigocard.com. At the site click the Activate Your Card (Requires Log-In) link.  

All first-timers will need to register their new card in order to activate it.  Click the Register link and complete the online registration form. You will need to enter the following information:

• • Credit card account number (enter it exactly as it is shown on your credit card or billing statement.

• • Enter your birthdate in the format of month/day/year

• • Enter your social security number

• • Setup your security questions

• Create your login credentials (username and password)

Once you’ve officially registered your new account you will now be able to take advantage of the Myindigo Card activate process from inside your account so you can begin using it.

Username and Password Troubleshooting

Just in case you have trouble logging in to myindigocard due to temporarily misplacing or forgetting any part of your login credentials you can always refer to the basic troubleshooting aids via the Forgot your Username or Password link on the homepage.

You can reset your password or request your username from one form which basically utilizes similar info to retrieve your login pass codes.  To reset your password you will need to enter your username, last 4 digits of your account number, ssn, and date of birth. To reset your username enter your email address, last 4 digits of account number, ssn, and date of birth.
